Atkinson's White Cornmeal Mix 2 lb

This is stone-ground corn meal.  It's slowly grinded on mill stones.  They specialize in grinding their meal fine, as opposed to the roller-ground meal you usually find in the grocery stores.  It's a slow process, but it's worth it.
