Kitchen & Company offers several delivery methods for your order including UPS Ground, Second Day Air and Standard Overnight. Our shipping costs are based on the actual weight of your order and the destination.
Most orders for in-stock items placed before 12 pm EST ship the same business day. Orders placed Friday after 12 pm EST typically ship on Monday. Please allow up to 1-2 days for order processing. Additional processing time may be necessary and we will contact you if this is the case. Please refer to your Status Update email for delivery details and tracking.

The following map is provided by UPS. You may use this as a guide to determine how long your package will be in transit.
At this time, we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES.
UPS does not pick up packages on weekends.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. We do not add additional charges if your items are shipped separately.
If an item is out of stock temporarily, we will notify you via email and ship the item when we are back in stock.
International Shipping
Currently we ship to addresses within the United States only. There is no international delivery available

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Our delivery service will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Incorrect address may also delay shipment and your order will be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by our delivery service.
