What does pickapeppa sauce taste like?

The sauce is sweet, sour and mildly spicy.  One traditional use of the sauce is to pour it over a block of cream cheese, to be spread on crackers.  It makes regular appearances in marinades for steaks, barbecue sauces for ribs, and as a topping for burgers (Pickapeppa is known as the Jamaican A1, of course).
