We start with strong, heavyweight 100% cotton twill, dyed with high quality color-fast dyes, cut it into the ideal classic apron shape and sew it together with high-strength bar-tacks at seven stress points. Put it all together and you've got an apron built to withstand the rigors and abuses of daily use in the busiest kitchens. The neck strap is adjustable for the perfect fit.
